CenturyLink of Missouri Bargaining Report #6

The Union Committee met with the Company on February 23, 2011. The Company presented counter proposals on Article 25 – Job Vacancy All Departments, on the Retail Sales Consultants title change, and Uniforms. The Union presented new proposals on Memorandums of Agreements for the Hourly Relocation Plan and the Team Performance Award. The Union presented amended proposals on Article 24 – Seniority All Departments and Article 30 – Board and Lodging.

The Union worked late into the night studying the Company’s proposals and preparing for negotiations in the morning.
