CenturyLink of Missouri Bargaining Report #14

The CWA Bargaining Committee met with the Company’s Bargaining Committee in multiple negotiation sessions on Wednesday, June 22, 2011. The bargaining continued into the late evening hours. The two committees came to tentative agreements on a new Uniform Policy, Article 3 – Grievances, and on Article 25- Job Vacancy All Departments. The two sides did not reach agreement on Article 17 – Group Health Plans, and a Recognition and/or Incentive Program. During the last bargaining session of the day the Company presented a Last Best and Final Offer to the Union. The Union continues to study the Company’s offer. We will update this website as information becomes available.
