CenturyLink of Missouri Bargaining Report #13

 

The Union and Company return to bargaining on October 20th and 21st under the guidance of a Federal Mediator in hopes of reaching a new agreement. The major issues remain the same; wages, short term disability, 401k, and contracting. We still have a fair share of minor issues which include; overtime, safety shoes, and in-charge pay to name a few. Our members our united and are starting mobilization activities to show support for the bargaining committee as they prepare to return to the table.
