CenturyLink of Missouri Bargaining Report #13

The CWA Bargaining Committee met with the Company multiple times on Tuesday, June 21, 2011.   The two Committees reached Tentative Agreements on Article 29 – Evening Meal Expense and Article 3 – Grievances. 

The Union Committee presented counter proposals on Article 18 – Pension Plan, Article 25 – Job Vacancy All Departments, Article 5 – Arbitrations.  In addition, the Union presented counter proposals on new contract language regarding Uniforms and a Recognition and/or Incentive Program. 

The Committee thanks CWA Local 6300 for the Mobilization event staged at the Wentzville, Mo. work facility.  CenturyLink CWA Members and CWA Local 6300 Union Officials including Executive Vice President Jim Kolve and Vice President Kim Reynolds took part in the event.
