CenturyLink of Missouri Bargaining Report #12

The CWA Bargaining Committee met with the Company today on Monday June 20, 2011. The Union bargaining committee presented an amended proposal on Article 17 – Group Health Plans, a new wage package and the Company’s proposal regarding No Reduction on the Overall Headcount.

The Union continued to ask questions regarding health care for all employees. The two Committees discussed a wage increase, with the Company presenting documentation comparing the wages and total compensation package with other CenturyLink employees in Texas, Arkansas, Missouri and Kansas. The CWA Committee worked into the evening preparing bargaining demands for tomorrow. The two Committees will meet on June 21, 2011
