CenturyLink Bargaining Report #17

The CWA Bargaining Committee has reached a Tentative Agreement with the Company for a new three year agreement of the CenturyLink of Missouri collective bargaining agreement. The CWA Bargaining Committee has been negotiating with the Company for seven months to reach this agreement. The Agreement must be ratified by the CWA Members employed by CenturyLink of Missouri by September 30, 2010. The changes to the Company’s Last Best and Final Offer are additional language added to Article 17 – Group Health Plans, the lump sum bonus in the first year of the contract will be retroactive to the expiration of the previous contract and the third year lump sum bonus will be paid at 1.5%. Details of the changes will be sent to the Locals this afternoon. The CWA Committee would like to thank all of you for your support.
