CWA/CenturyLink/Lumen   

The Union (CWA) and Company (CenturyLink/Lumen) met Tuesday, March 8 and Wednesday, March 9, 2022.  The Union and Company offered numerous counter proposals regarding CP5, Article 7, Holidays, CP7, Article 10, Contracting, CP12, Article 19, Standby, CP14, Article 26, Overtime and Sunday, CP16, Article 31, Force Adjustment.  

We still have to discuss CP4 and CP9 as it relates to Workers Compensation, CP11, Article 18, Pension, CP21, MOA VEBA (Retiree Medical) CP22, MOA 401(K) and Wages. 

NO AGREEMENTS HAVE BEEN REACHED!

We are scheduled to meet today, March 10, 2022.

Remember, your contract expires March 14, 2022!
