BumperActive.com Bargaining Report #3

The Union and BumperActive.com met virtually for day three of negotiations, January 14, 2021, in Austin, Texas. Your Bargaining Committee and the Company had discussions over the Company proposals and why they were a must for the Company.

Our lengthy discussions on the proposals were to try to understand why the Company wanted to make changes to current language on scheduling, overtime, lunch breaks and regular breaks.

The Union bargaining committee will continue to review the information presented by the Company.  The bargaining teams recessed for the day and will reconvene Friday, January 15, 2021.
