BumperActive.com Bargaining Report #2

The Union and BumperActive.com met for day two of negotiations, January 13, 2021, in Austin, Texas virtually. Your CWA Bargaining Committee and the Company had discussions and questions over Company proposals that needed to be passed across the table in a format that would be workable with both parties.

We continued discussions on the issues the Company presented to the Union committee. There was a continued lengthy discussion on the proposals presented from the Union. The Company presented counter proposals to the Union late in the day. The Union bargaining committee will review the counter proposals this evening and Thursday.

The bargaining teams recessed for the day and will reconvene on Thursday, January 14, 2021.
