BumperActive.com Bargaining Report #10

The Union and BumperActive.com met virtually on Friday, February 5, 2021, in Austin, Texas. The Union and Company bargaining committees continued their discussions on multiple issues. We both made great progress and were able to meet on our proposals at a fair and equitable position.

Your Union bargaining committee is happy to announce that the Union and the Company have reached a Tentative Agreement on our contract negotiations. Some of our highlights are wage increases, improvements on healthcare, vacation time off, grievance process and job security.

Your Union bargaining team has been working very hard to negotiate a strong and fair agreement. More information will follow soon on the contract explanation meeting and voting instructions.

Your bargaining committee highly recommends ratification of this agreement.
