Union members and friends,

Happy New Year!

January 9th, the bargaining team met with JFS management for another session of contract negotiations. We came prepared and ready to move forward, presenting noneconomic proposals for review. Our focus remains on making meaningful progress and securing a strong contract as soon as possible.

In line with this, we emphasized the need to schedule as many future bargaining sessions as possible to maintain momentum and keep the process moving. We’re pleased to share that our next bargaining date is confirmed for Monday, January 20th.

We remain committed to showing up ready to do the work necessary to win the contract we deserve. Thank you for your continued support and solidarity—it is your strength and unity that power this effort.
