BARGAINING REPORT #1 CENTURYLINK OF MISSOURI Locals 6300, 6311, 6312 & 6373

The Union and Company kicked off bargaining yesterday afternoon in Sunset Hills, MO.

The Company presented the Union twenty three (23) proposals, hereinafter, CP1 thru CP23. Most notable retrogressive proposals are: CP 7, Article 10, Contracting, CP 9, Article 16, Sickness & Disability, CP 10, Article 18, Pension, CP 14, Article 26, Overtime and Sunday Time, CP 15, Article 27, Work Schedules, CP 21 and MOA VEBA.

The Union presented the Company fourteen (14) proposals, hereinafter, UP1 thru UP14. The Union will present more proposals later today.

We are scheduled to meet with the Company today, Tuesday, March 3, 2020.

The contract expires on March 14, 2020.
