AT&T Mobility Bargaining Report #9

Yesterday the CWA Bargaining Committee met with the Company.  The Union continued to present bargaining demands to the Company Committee.  We presented a Revised Bargaining Demand for Article 13 - Work Assignments and a Revised Bargaining Demand for Article 21 – Absences.  The CWA Bargaining Committee presented data requests to the Company regarding the Expedited Arbitration  Resolution Process, the BCB2 Pension, the total compensation that the Company pays for Worker’s Compensation and Unemployment, a cost breakdown for Short Term Disability for the years 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015, and the funding level of the Pension Plan.  The CWA Bargaining Committee continues to study data that has been provided by the Company so that they can respond to the Company’s bargaining demands. 
The CWA Bargaining Committee and the Company Committee will resume negotiations on Tuesday, February 16, 2016.
