AT&T Mobility Bargaining Report #7

The CWA Bargaining Committee met yesterday, Saturday with the Company.  The Union continued to present bargaining demands to the Company Committee.  We presented bargaining demands on Article 7 – Grievance Procedure, the implementation of a National Training Advisory Board, a National Health Care Coordinator, improvements to the National Transfer Plan, Limitations of Mandatory Training Sessions, (boot camps), an increase in the Company contribution match to the 401k Savings Plan to 100%, as well as the ability to increase the employees’ contribution from 6% to 10% and an upgrade in pay treatment for the Sales Advocate job classification.  The CWA Bargaining Committee also presented a bargaining demand on the Retail Monthly Sales Quota letter. 

The Union Bargaining Committee continues to analyze the Company’s bargaining demands and is preparing data requests to present to the Company.  Bargaining will resume on Sunday, February 14, 2016.
