AT&T Mobility Bargaining Report #5

Your CWA Bargaining Committee met in a lengthy session today with the Company.  There was a long discussion regarding the National Transfer Plan.  The Union Committee made a formal request to provide a Sales Commission Expert so that we might ask questions regarding the Sales Commission Plan.  The Sales Commission Plan directly affects the commission payout for Retail Sales Consultants.  The CWA Committee and the Company Committee also held a discussion regarding the MOA’s, MOU’s and Letters that have been negotiated in the 2012 Labor Agreement.  The Company supplied documentation to two data requests that the Union made on February 10, 2016.
Today the Bargaining Committee presented bargaining demands to the Company on the following contract articles, Article 6 – Management Rights, Article 13 – Work Assignments, Article 14 – Force Adjustment, Article 16 – Safety, Article 19 – Basis of Compensation, Article 21 – Absences and Article 26 – Waiver of Further Bargaining.  The Union Committee presented a demand that we wanted all the MOA’s, MOU’s and letters printed in the contract.

Again today, we were aware that all throughout District 6 our Union Brothers and Sisters were Mobilizing in the workplaces.  We are grateful for your support and we know you stand with us at the bargaining table.  A special shout out to CWA Local 6502 for the care package they sent to our Committee.  CWA’s support for our bargaining team is nationwide and in Puerto Rico as Local 3010 sent the Committee a package to show their Solidarity with our Committee and the Members in District 6.
