AT&T Mobility Bargaining Report #21

The CWA Bargaining Committee continued to bargain with the Company through the evening Saturday into early Sunday morning.  Progress has been made toward a new agreement, but both the Union and Company continue to negotiate.  The two sides still have not reached agreements on the Pension Plans, the Short Term Disability Plan, Job Upgrades and wages.  The Union and Company will continue to bargain throughout Sunday to achieve a new Labor Agreement before the expiration of the contract extension at 11:59 p.m. tonight.
