AT&T Mobility Bargaining Report #17

Yesterday, Tuesday, February 23rd, the CWA Bargaining Committee had multiple negotiating sessions with the Company.  The Union continued to present bargaining demands to the Company Committee.  We presented a revised bargaining demand on Article 13 – Work Assignments.  The Union Committee rejected the Company proposal on removing the Day after Thanksgiving as a Holiday.

The Company held their position on their current open demands that include retrogressive language on Pensions, Short Term Disability and Article 21 - Absences.  The Union Committee worked into the evening analyzing data and preparing bargaining demands to present to the Company.

We have reached an agreement in principle on improving Article 12 – Hours of Work, Article 14 – Force Adjustment, Article 16 – Safety, and the MOA regarding the Four Day Work Week.

Negotiations will resume on Wednesday, February 24, 2016.  The contract expires on Friday, February 26, 2016, at Midnight
