AT&T Mobility Bargaining Report #16

Yesterday, Monday, February 22nd, the CWA Bargaining Committee had multiple negotiating sessions with the Company.  The Union Committee continued to present bargaining demands to the Company Committee.  We presented a revised bargaining demand on Article 19 – Basis of Compensation.  The CWA Bargaining Committee presented a new demand for a significant Wage increase.  The Union Committee presented a data request regarding Retail Sales Consultant’s commission payouts. 

The Company held their position on the current open demands and did not pass any counter proposals today.  The Union Committee worked into the evening analyzing data and preparing bargaining demands to present to the Company.   The Committee also took part in the District 6 Town Hall Call. 

Negotiations will resume on Tuesday, February 23, 2016.  The contract expires on Friday, February 26, 2016.  Only three days to go.
