AT&T Mobility Bargaining Report #13

Yesterday, Friday, February 19, the CWA Bargaining Committee met with the Company.  The Union continued to present bargaining demands to the Company Committee.  We presented a revised bargaining demand on Article 17 – Company-Union Relationship.  The Union Committee again presented their bargaining demand on improvements to the 401(k) Plan after the Company had rejected it.  The CWA Bargaining Committee presented a new demand for improvements to the Retail Sales Consultant Commission Plan. The Union submitted a data request related to commissionable sales and outside technician drive times. 

The Company rejected the Union’s bargaining demand to improve Article 21 – Absences and held their position for the need to reduce the benefit.  The Company presented a revised proposal removing the Day After Thanksgiving.  The Company also presented counter proposals to Article 12 – Hours of Work, Article 14 – Force Adjustment, and the “4 Day Work Week” MOA.   

Negotiations will resume on Saturday, February 20, 2016.  The contract expires on Friday, February 26, 2016.
