AT&T Mobility Bargaining Report #12

Yesterday, Thursday, February 18th, the CWA Bargaining Committee met with the Company.  The Union continued to present bargaining demands to the Company Committee.  We presented revised bargaining demands on Article 19 – Basis of Compensation and Article 22 – Vacations.  The Union Committee again presented their bargaining demand on Article 13 – Work Assignments after the Company had rejected it.  The CWA Bargaining Committee presented a new demand for a contract article on a Successorship Clause.  This was the second Successorship Clause that the Union has presented to the Company. 
The Company rejected the Union’s bargaining demand to raise the Company match on employee contributions to the 401k Savings Plan and the Union’s bargaining demand for a Profit Sharing Plan.  The Company presented a bargaining demand on Article 17 Company-Union Relationship to only allow Mobility employees to attend Working Relations Meetings. 
Negotiations will resume on Friday, February 19, 2016.  The contract expires on Friday, February 26, 2016.
