AT&T Mobility Bargaining Report #10

On Tuesday, February 16th, the CWA Bargaining Committee met with the Company.  The Union continued to present bargaining demands to the Company Committee.  We presented a bargaining demand to increase the Company’s contributions to the BCB2 Pension Plan.  The Union Committee and the Company Committee had a long discussion regarding the Expedited Arbitration Process.  Both Committees also discussed the definition of contractual time and how it relates to FMLA accrual.

The Company presented a counter proposal on Article 14 – Force Adjustment, Article 21 – Absences, and Article – 12 Hours of Work.  The Company rejected the Union’s demands on Article 13 – Work Assignments, a Successorship Clause and a National Health Care Coordinator.

Both Committees will meet again on February 17, 2016.
