AT&T Mobility Bargaining Report #10
On Tuesday, February 16th, the CWA Bargaining Committee met with the Company. The Union continued to present bargaining demands to the Company Committee. We presented a bargaining demand to increase the Company’s contributions to the BCB2 Pension Plan. The Union Committee and the Company Committee had a long discussion regarding the Expedited Arbitration Process. Both Committees also discussed the definition of contractual time and how it relates to FMLA accrual.
The Company presented a counter proposal on Article 14 – Force Adjustment, Article 21 – Absences, and Article – 12 Hours of Work. The Company rejected the Union’s demands on Article 13 – Work Assignments, a Successorship Clause and a National Health Care Coordinator.
Both Committees will meet again on February 17, 2016.
