AT&T Bargaining Report #14

Yesterday, Saturday, February 20th, the CWA Bargaining Committee met with the Company.  The Union Committee again presented their bargaining demand upgrading the CSR 1 Representatives after the Company had rejected it.  The Union submitted a data request related to Retail Sales Consultant’s commission payouts and headcount over the life of the current agreement.   

The Company rejected the Union’s bargaining demands to improve Article 25 – Exchange Time and improvements to the Retail Sales Consultant Commission Plan.  The Company also presented a counter proposal to Article 17 – Company-Union Relationship.   

Negotiations will resume on Sunday, February 21, 2016.  The contract expires on Friday, February 26, 2016.
