AT&T Advertising Solutions (YP) Bargaining Report #9

Effects Bargaining continued today, May 1, 2012.  The Union presented revised proposals to the Company on extending the current contract; moving the SSI up to a date prior to the sale close date; the Company forgiving a portion of CIPP outstanding balances; and utilizing the Ken Fobbs letter to provide employees with age and service adders.  Both the Company and Union asked questions and requested additional information.

The parties agreed to research and provide requested information and will reconvene discussions.
