Verizon Bargaining Report #36
Dear Sisters and Brothers,
Your Bargaining Committee met with the Company today. No new proposals were passed by the Union and the Company came forward with minor changes to benefits but there was NO progress made at the table.
Every day, we show up. We do the work. We keep this workplace running. We deserve to be treated with dignity, respect, and fairness. But change does not happen because we hope for it. Change happens when we organize.
A union is built one person at a time. One conversation at a time. One act of solidarity at a time. So today, I’m asking everyone here: Get involved. Bring someone with you. Talk to your coworkers. Stand up when it matters.
Our strength is not in any one person. Our strength is in all of us.
So let’s organize. Let’s stay united. Let’s stand together.
When we stand together, we are stronger.
When we stand together, we have a voice.
Tomorrow is Thursday, wear a red shirt and attend an informational picket before work to show your support for the Bargaining Committee and show Verizon we want a Fair and Just contract.
Participate in all mobilization activities, informational picketing, sign up non-members and submit your Strike Vote if you have not already done so.
Stay Safe and Work to Rule!
In Solidarity,
Your 2026 Bargaining Team
