AT&T Advertising Solutions (YP) Bargaining Report #11

 

This is to advise you that the Union and the Company continued bargaining today over the extension of the current Agreement and requested that the Company forgive the CIPP balances.  The parties continued to bargain up until the sale was announced and no agreement was reached.  The Union is requesting the Company to continue to bargain over the issue of extension and the CIPP balances as we move forward.   Again, unfortunately, we were not able to reach any agreement on moving the SSI forward to prior to the close of sale date nor were we able to reach agreement on adding age and service in accordance with the Fobbs letter.  But the Union will continue to try to make additional improvements through the Effects Bargaining.  As more information becomes available we will keep you advised.  UNITED WE BARGAIN ...               DIVIDED WE BEG!!!!!
