AT&T Advertising Solutions (YP) Bargaining Report #10

The Union and the Company met again on Thursday May 3, 2012 to continue discussions on issues the Union has raised in the Effects Bargaining.  The Union continues to try to make additional improvements for our members.  These discussions centered around extension of the current contract; requesting the Company forgive the CIPP balances for all reps who are covered by the CIPP; moving application of the SSI forward to before the May 8, 2012 close date; and utilizing the provisions contained in the Ken Fobbs letter that was negotiated in the last round of bargaining to provide employees with an age and service adder. 

No additional agreements were reached but we will keep you advised as more information becomes available.
