AT&T Advertising Solutions (Yellow Pages) Bargaining Report

This is to advise you that the Union, Districts 1, 3, 4, and 6 have been is discussions about the sale of Yellow Pages to Cerberus since Wednesday, April 11, 2012. We have made multiple data requests and have had extensive discussions about the sale and the effects of the sale on the members covered by the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Some progress has been made in our discussions and we will continue to work hard for you as members.

Discussions continued until late Saturday afternoon, at which time we recessed the discussions. The discussions are expected to continue shortly and we will discuss the information requested and ask the appropriate questions of the Company.
