AT&T Advertising Solutions Tentative Agreement

This is to advise you the Tentative Agreement reached on November 19, 2010 with AT&T Advertising Solutions (dba) AT&T Yellow Pages was overwhelmingly ratified, by a majority vote on December 16, 2010.

The vote was 76.6% yes in support of ratification and 23.4%no against ratification.

The next step in the process is to now proof all of the agreed to items and make any corrections necessary, at which time the Company will have the contracts printed, and then the contracts will be distributed to the membership.

This process will take an extended period of time so please be patient.
