AT&T Advertising Solutions Bargaining Report #10

The Union and the Company met today to discuss the following issues:

1. Surplus by quartile
2. Eliminating termination pay on performance
3. Removing the TSO
4. Rolling back base wages
5. No base wage increases for sales, no commission adjustments
6. Health Care premiums, deductibles, and out-of pocket
7. Elimination of the Ratification Bonus
8. Pensions
9. Safety net for sales
10. Assignment issues

The Union then presented the Company a proposal on most of these
issues in an effort to move negotiations forward.

The Union and the Company plan to work throughout the weekend.
