AT&T Mobility Bargaining Report #2

Your Bargaining Committee continued negotiations with the Company today, February 5, 2020, and passed several proposals related to Call Quality and Sales Floor Observations, Chargebacks, Sales Quotas and Call Center Call Percentages.  

The Company had some questions over our proposals that we have submitted thus far and they are giving them consideration at this point.  We are still reviewing the Company’s proposal we received yesterday regarding healthcare, pensions and short-term disability.

We will meet again tomorrow to continue our presentation of bargaining proposals.  We are looking to finish our presentation to the Company by the end of the weekend.

The committee wants to thank the Locals for their continued participation in mobilization activities!
