AT&T Mobility Bargaining Report #10

February 15 & 16, 2020 - Your Bargaining Committee continued negotiations with the Company over the weekend and we passed proposals related to IHX regarding Wages, Sales Profiles and other Benefits. The Union was able to secure improvements to Call Quality Observations and we received another Benefits package from the Company on Sunday. We are still far from reaching an agreement related to the most recent Benefits package and requested more information related to IHX.    

The mobilization from the field is keeping our spirits high and contributing to reach a fair contract. We are working hard to reach an agreement by expiration on Friday. We are on the final stretch of bargaining this week!
