ADT Security Services, Inc. Bargaining Report #2

The full bargaining committee met all day yesterday. Proposals including wages, bereavement pay, working conditions, and high volume packages were submitted by the Union Committee. The Company presented several proposals that address the grievance procedure, hours of work, paid absences, travel and benefits for our consideration.

The current contract expires on Saturday, May 28, 2011. Your bargaining committee will be working hard to reach an agreement before that time.
