ADT Security Services Bargaining Report #7

Your Bargaining Committee continued negotiations today with ADT LLC.  The Union Committee consisted of Jerrell B. Miller, CWA Representative and Arthur A. Whittington, Bargaining Committee Member Local 6215.   

The Company Committee consisted of Jim Nixdorf, Director of Labor Relations, Jonah Serie, Area Manager, and Caroline Vassey, Human Resources Manager.

CWA and ADT held discussions on Article 26 – Ancillary Benefits and the MOA on Wage and Benefits.  We still have open proposals on Article 3 – Volunteer Check Off, Article 22 – Safety, and Article 7 – Holidays. 

Our next scheduled negotiations will be Thursday, March 10, 2016.
