Your Bargaining Committee continued negotiations today with ADT LLC Management.  The Union Committee consisted of Jerrell B. Miller, CWA Representative, Nancy Lee, President Local 6215, and Arthur A. Whittington, Bargaining Committee Member. The Company Committee consists of Jim Nixdorf, Director of Labor Relations, and Caroline Vassey, Human Resource Manager. Your CWA Committee passed proposals on Article 3 – Voluntary Check Off, Article 22 – Safety, Inclement Weather, GPS, Tuition Reimbursement, and Access to Personal Records.  We are committed to getting an equitable and fair contract for our members.   Remember, together we stand!
