ADT Bargaining Report #3

Your Bargaining Committee continued negotiations today with ADT LLC Management.  The Union Committee consisted of Jerrell B. Miller, CWA Representative, Ron Swaggerty, VP Local 6215, Arthur A. Whittington, Bargaining Committee Member, and Kevin Kimber, CWA Representative. 

The Company Committee consists of Jim Nixdorf, Director of Labor Relations, and Bob Raymond, General Manager.

We discussed the Company proposals which included changes in both Article 6 – Hours of Work – Overtime and Article 9 – Paid Absences.  Your CWA Committee is committed to getting a fair and equitable agreement.  Our next scheduled meeting is Wednesday, June 17, 2015.
