ADT Bargaining Report #2

 

Your Bargaining Committee continued negotiations today with ADT Management.  The Union Committee consisted of Jerrell B. Miller, CWA Representative, Ron Swaggerty, VP Local 6215, and Arthur A. Whittington, Bargaining Committee Member.  Also Steven Dominguez attended the negotiations and led the discussion on High Volume Work.   The Company Committee consists of Jim Nixdorf, Director of Labor Relations, and Jonah Serie, Area General Manager. CWA passed proposals on Article 26 Ancillary Benefits, Article 25 General Agreement and a Memorandum of Agreement on Wages and Benefits.  ADT Management rejected our proposal for a contract extension.  Our next scheduled negotiations will be on Monday, June 1, 2015.
