ADT Bargaining Report #1

 

Your Bargaining Committee began negotiations today with ADT Management.  The Union Committee consisted of Jerrell B. Miller, CWA Staff Representative, Ron Swaggerty, VP Local 6215, and Arthur A. Whittington.  The Company Committee consists of Jim Nixdorf, Director of Labor Relations, Bob Raymond, Regional Director and Jonah Serie, Area General Manager. CWA and ADT held discussions on Inclement Weather Policy, Incentive Plan on Points, Grievance Procedure, and Article 2 – Anti-Discrimination.  We submitted union proposals on Article 24 Labor Management Committee and Contract Extension.
