Your CWA Bargaining Committee continued negotiations today with ADT LLC.  The Union Committee consisted of Jerrell B. Miller, CWA Representative and Arthur A. Whittington, CWA Bargaining Committee Member Local 6215.

The Company Committee consisted of Jim Nixdorf, Director of Labor Relations, Caroline Vassey, Human Resources Manager, and Jonah Serie, General Manager.

The parties held discussions on contractors, subcontractors, and Article 3 – Voluntary Check Off.  We passed a proposal on Contract Work as well.

Your CWA Bargaining Committee wants to thank everyone for their mobilization activities.  Please continue to pass out the following mobilization flyers listed below which are available at Local 6201 and Local 6215:
