Your Bargaining Committee continued negotiations today with ADT LLC. The Union Committee consisted of Jerrell B. Miller, CWA Representative and Arthur A. Whittington, Bargaining Committee Member Local 6215.
The Company Committee consisted of Jim Nixdorf, Director of Labor Relations, and Caroline Vassey, Human Resources Manager.
We passed proposals on Disciplinary Meetings and Personnel Records. In addition, we requested clarification on Article 22 – Safety and Article 24 – Labor Management.
