CENTURYTEL BARGAINING REPORT #5

The Union and Company met on Thursday, March 9, 2017.  The Union made counter proposals to the following Company proposals; amended CP5 - Holidays, CP12 - Work Schedules and CP20 - Retail Sales Organization. 

Your bargaining committee has been offering counter proposal after counter proposal in order to stop the Company’s retrogressive proposals in the areas of Sickness and Disability (STD), Holiday, Vacation, 401K, Force Adjustment, Contract Books and BOOTS.

We were able to reach a TA on CP3 - Grievances.

We are scheduled to meet with the Company later today, March 10, 2017. 

YOUR contract expires on March 14, 2017.
