Multiband Bargaining Report #1

The Union and the Company met on February 21, 2011 at which time the Union asked multiple questions about specific issues relating to both the language in the contract, and also benefits issues. The Company responded to some of the Union’s questions, and advised the Union that they would get the answers to the other questions asked by the Union.

The Union then presented its proposals to the Company and answered any questions which the Company had relating to the proposals.

The Company advised the Union that they would caucus to review the proposals, and they would then respond to the proposals on Tuesday. The Company stated that at that time they would provide the Company proposals.
