Mobility Bargaining Report #23

Your CWA Bargaining Committee met today with the Company.  The Company presented a Settlement Package to the Union Committee.  The package includes:

•  A Wage Proposal
•  Pension Proposal
•  New Short Term Disability Proposal
•  New Vacation Language 

The Union Committee will be working late in the night reviewing the entire Company Package and preparing a Union Counter Proposal Package to present to the Company tomorrow.  The Committee appreciates the overwhelming Strike Authorization vote from the Locals.  You have sent a clear signal to the Company that they need to get serious in these negotiations.  Keep up the Mobilization.
