Mobility Bargaining Report #28

Your CWA Bargaining Committee continued to negotiate with the Company throughout the day.  The Company presented documentation to the Union Committee regarding employee absences and the contracting out of work.  The CWA Committee is working through the night analyzing the data.  The two Committees will negotiate again tomorrow, Sunday, February 26, 2012.  We are working without a contract and all employees are to report to work at their normally scheduled hours.  We will continue to update this site.
