The full Committee met today and the Company presented a proposal on Article 29: Sickness and Disability that had been revised from its original wording. The Company also passed across the table a revised proposal on the Work at Home MOA. After going over the Company’s revised proposals, the Union presented questions to be answered by the Company in detail. The questions presented by your Bargaining Committee focused on the Company’s proposal regarding Article 17: Force Adjustments. Your Committee also presented detailed questions on the Comprehensive Medical Plan proposal presented by the Company on October 2, 2012. These questions were presented by your Committee to get a clear understanding of the Company’s position in order to bargain in good faith and receive a fair contract.
Remember to stay involved with mobilization and wear red on Thursday and black on Friday.
