Yellow Pages Bargaining Report #1

As everyone knows by now, the Union (CWA) rejected the Company’s (YP) last offer of a new Compensation Plan at the expense of 50% of the CIPP.  The Company then approached Vice President Cummings and asked to meet again to discuss the CIPP and a new Compensation Plan.  Your elected bargaining committee and I along with Director Mark Franken met with the Company on Wednesday, September 5, 2012, in St. Louis, MO. After a day of discussion and no proposals being presented by the Company, we agreed to meet again.
NO AGREEMENTS WERE REACHED!!!
We are scheduled to meet again on Tuesday, September 18, 2012, in St. Louis, MO.
