Windstream Bargaining Report #2

The union and the company met today in numerous joint sessions. The company insists on trying to impose company policy into our collective bargaining agreement. The union is standing strong and demanding that the company bargain in good faith. We're scheduled to meet again in joint session on 4/03/25.

Bargaining Report #1

The bargaining committee met in 3 joint sessions today Tuesday, April 1, 2025 with the Company. We addressed 18 proposals the Union passed on 2/5/25. We passed an additional proposal today that brings our total to 19 proposals.
