After much debate and discussion with the company, we have reached a Tentative Agreement (TA)!

Your Bargaining Committee worked tirelessly through the night to reach this agreement, and we believe it represents meaningful progress and important gains for our members.

This agreement is the result of your strength, solidarity, and unwavering support throughout the bargaining process. We could not have gotten here without you.

There is still an important step ahead: our members will have the opportunity to review and vote on the Tentative Agreement. More information about the details of the agreement, the ratification process, and voting will be shared soon.

Thank you for standing together. We fought together, we stayed strong together, and now we move forward together.
