Verizon Bargaining Report #14

Sisters and Brothers,

Your Bargaining Committee spent the day reviewing the partial information provided by the company from our initial information request.  Based on discussions at the table and the company’s proposal, the committee has sent additional information requests so we can make an informed decision on what additional proposals need to be passed or how to counter the company’s proposals.  The company has provided very little feedback on the Union’s proposals other than “we are still looking at them”. Until the company provides the requested information and has productive conversations with the committee we will be holding to our proposals because, in good conscience, we cannot agree to or even pass a counter-proposal to theirs or we would then be bargaining against ourselves.

Talk to at least 3 nonmembers and ask them to sign a card TODAY!  Change your profile picture on Slack to a CWA logo if you have not already done so!
