Union Members and Friends,

The overall dynamic at the bargaining table has improved significantly, and we are encouraged by the shift in management’s approach. We are optimistic that this change will allow us to move negotiations forward at a more accelerated pace.

At the January 21 bargaining session, we discussed 7 proposals where we have already reached tentative agreement, 7 proposals that management countered, and 4 new proposals introduced by management. We also had substantive discussion around raises, and there has been movement.
