Fidium (Consolidated) Lufkin/Conroe Bargaining Update #2

The Union and Company met on Wednesday, August 27, 2025 in Conroe, Texas. In the morning session, the Union passed 2 counter proposals and 7 other new proposals to the Company. There was more information requested by the Union concerning proposals that were passed by the Company on Day 1.

The parties met briefly in the afternoon and then used the rest of the day to break into their separate caucuses. The Union has 1 new counter offer and 1 new proposal that will be passed in the morning session on Day 3.

The Union will start conducting their strike vote sometime next week. This will be done through the Local, so be on the lookout for any notifications.

All support is much appreciated. We will continue to fight for improvements at the bargaining table for our members and their families.
